These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LintPage operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

9. Stripe Payment Processing

LintPage uses Stripe to process payments for premium subscriptions. By using our payment services, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. LintPage does not store your payment card information. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your payment information and account details. LintPage is not liable for any unauthorized charges if your credentials are compromised.

10. Subscription Terms

Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Refund Policy

• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their initial purchase. Contact support@lintpage.com to request a refund.
• After 7 Days: No refunds are provided for partial billing periods after the 7-day guarantee period has ended.
• Annual Subscriptions: Pro-rata credits may be issued at LintPage's discretion for annual plan cancellations.
• Cancellation: When you cancel, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to use LintPage to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe upon any intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or threaten any person or entity
• Submit malware or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scan or audit websites without authorization from the owner
